First Class USPS domestic standard rates apply for all orders placed in the USA.
Orders placed outside the USA for this produt are produced in our EU manufactuing center and are shipped using the best alternative based on the destination county and your package may come in contact with Customs. We don't have any control over how long your package is in Customs, nor do we have any control over Customs charges. Customers are responsible for all Customs charges. If you notice a stall in shipping, contact us and we will help you track down the package.
Apparel and accessories are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days of receipt when there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
If your order is damaged or defective please email us at email@example.com or use the Contact Us Form. We promise to respond back within 24hrs to arrange a replacement product or refund.
